What we collect and why

Who sees your data
- Centre administrators, to manage the booking schedule.
- RoomRota, the booking platform operated by Built-By-Bobby, which hosts this service and stores your booking on the Centre’s behalf as its data processor, under a written data-processing agreement. RoomRota does not use your data for its own purposes. Data is hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) with encrypted backups in the EU (Scaleway, France).
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Dublin, Ireland), to process your card payment where the Centre takes card payments. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by the Centre or RoomRota. Stripe transfers some technical metadata to Stripe LLC (USA) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), our transactional email provider, to deliver your confirmation and cancellation emails.
We do not share your data with anyone else, do not use it for marketing, and do not sell it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets only one cookie (a session-protection token, required for the booking form to work) and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking. We therefore do not need to show you a cookie banner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict our processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
